We are proud to share that Narragansett Elementary School has been designated an Exemplary Achievement Gap Closing National Blue Ribbon School for 2020 by U. S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos.
We are one of 367 schools in the nation and one of three schools from Rhode Island to be recognized in 2020.
The National Blue Ribbon Schools Program recognizes public and private elementary, middle, and high schools based on their overall academic excellence or their progress in closing achievement gaps among student subgroups.
